Seriously? I guess he went out way too quick. That's in the range of people on this board being able to do today.
Fwiw 21 is Heartbreak. You should be 10-15s/mile slow. Obviously he's a bit over that. 22 is the Graveyard mile with tons of downhill. 23-finish gradual downhill.
why did they show all the out of shape boston runners (I swear a lot looked like they couldn't break 25 for a 5k) when the RW guy was talking about how hard it is to qualify?
