I bought this shoe for $32 at a Nike outlet store, and I absolutely love it. Light, flexible, durable, great-looking...can't go wrong. Great for track workouts, and great for long runs, both on the road and on trails.
I've been running in the Lunar glide/Flyknit series, and I have really enjoyed this shoe. The only problem I have had was with the heel after I first got them. After a few runs that was fixed
Good.
great
Good, comfortable, light shoe, looks cool, good for training or racing on the roads
Overall positive
Awesome. Light. Well cushioned but plenty of "road feel". Runs narrow but I have a narrow foot so it's perfect. Snug fit everywhere but has a slightly wider toe box that I like. Low profile so it doesn't chaff against my ankles. Average tread wear but the uppers are very durable. I have raced in them but the lunaracer's are very very similar in my opinion but even lighter.
it is great for racing on the road and also Ok for training runs too. very snug fit round my narrow feet.
extremely comfortable upper molds to my feet. smooth interior with no need to wear socks. lightweight. a moderate amount of cushion strike a nice balance between responsive and protective.
I went to the Flyknit Lunar 2 after having several pairs of the Flyknit Lunar 1. It's a very nice compromise of support (cushion), but with good response. In other words, I can use it for long days, fast days, recovery days and even races if needed. Fits so nice I can hardly tell I'm wearing them. The price is one downside ($150), and they durability is questionable.. I go through them pretty quickly--I'd say in the 250-280mi range, the deterioration is clearly visible.
