I used these shoes throughout my cross country and track seasons. They lasted all throughout and were a perfect fit for my foot, especially for support in the arch. I could definitely see an improvement in my running as compared to my previous shoes. They're still usable for light runs, but survived constant wear even when it wasn't for race days or practice. Good shoes that lasted long.
Shoes Are very comfortable in the design looks awesome. The shoes give it lotta cushion and structure for my run and have last for many miles.
The Ghost 10 is lightweight and cushioned. This versatile shoe is great for speed work, tempo runs, and long runs.
good pair of running shoes, used for cross country and track/long distances; good support
Great shoes whether training on trails, tarmac or rough roads, it has it all.
The cushioning is amazing and an all round shoe as i even do my track workouts with it.
It's super comfortable.Though not easily available in my country.
I've never run in GTX before, but I tried these and was impressed by how effective they were at keeping my feet dry during a long winter and spring where the roads didn't dry out for months. Whether it was slush jogging, puddle jumping, or mud skating, I noticed my feet were much drier from the first day I wore these. They felt a bit firmer than Ghosts usually do, but I might be imagining that. They still provided fantastic support for a neutral shoe like I expect from Ghosts.
This shoe is pretty light, and very good for running on roads and for track workouts. I had a lot of fun running in it. After a while though, the shoe may come apart, but that was well after the 350 mile mark. If you are looking for a light shoe to run with, the Ghost 10 is a great choice!
Comfortable, fairly lightweight for the level of cushioning. The upper doesn't break down like other shoes do, but the soles wear down and the cushioning compresses after about 100-150 miles.
The Brooks Ghost 10 feels a bit softer than its predecessors, but is very comfortable. The ride is smooth and it has an appealing outer look. The outsole is a bit weak, however. It doesn't take much to tear up the rubber, but smooth road surfaces seem to provide no problems.
Less volume than the standard Ghost shoe. Typically I run in the standard Ghost 10 shoes and they fit fine, but in these, my toes are cramped.
