A Huntington County grand jury handed out an indictment on Monday "charging Johnson with a Level 6 felony of sexual battery and misdemeanor battery", and Johnson is "accused of touching a victim who was compelled to submit by force or imminent threat, and knowingly and intentionally touching the victim in a rude or angry manner." Johnson previously had been charged with sexual charges in a case where he allegedly slept and showered with a teen but that case was dropped after the teen became uncooperative. *David Woods
