Timothy Kiplagat was a close second place in 2:03:50 while Eunice Chumba won the women's race in 2:20:31.

- Noah Lyles Runs 9.95 To Win Tom Jones Memorial Ahead Of Joseph Fahnbulleh (9.98) Lyles didn't have the fastest time of the day though as Texas Tech's Terrence Jones ran 9.91 to win the college section. Julien Alred followed-up her 200m win from Friday with a wind-assisted 10.72 in the 100m on Saturday. Grant Holloway won the 110H in 13.03. Nia Ali took the 100H in 12.53 ahead of WR holder Tobi Amusan (12.59). Jareem Richards won the 400m in 44.68 while Will Claye beat Christian Taylor in the TJ by 1cm (16.90m to 16.89m).
- Arkansas' Britton Wilson (53.23 For 400m) And Texas' Julien Alfred (21.91 For 200m) Run World Leads At Tom Jones Memorial Wilson's and Alfred's times were #3 and #2 in NCAA history. In the pro 200m, 2022 NCAA champion Melissa Jefferson beat out Olympic champ Elaine Thompson-Herah (23.02 to 23.23). Noah Lyles won the men's pro 200m in 20.16 while Alabama's Tarsis Orogot won the collegiate 200m in a wind-assisted 19.60.

- MB: Bryan Clay 1500 - Cooper Teare (3:34.96) over Messaoudi, Waskom, Fisher, etc. Elise Cranny (4:07.07) crushes women's field! Teare beat out Fouad Messaoudi by .20 with Grant Fisher 6th in 3:36.85.
- MB: Leo MF Young!!! - 3:39.39!!!! 2nd place in his heat, 23rd overall.
- Washington's Brian Fay Wins Bryan Clay 5000m In 13:21.99; Nikki Hiltz Edges Michaela Rose In 800m (1:59.03 To 1:59.08) Fay beat out Sam Prakel (13:22.78) while Utah Valley's Everlyn Kemboi won the women's race in 15:20.67. Rose's 800m time was #2 in NCAA history; Elise Cranny was 4th in 2:00.25. D2 runner Oussama El Bouchayby won the 800m in 1:45.88.

- Cravont Charleston Upstages Michael Norman At Mt. SAC Relays With Wind-Aided 9.87 Kyree King was 2nd in 9.98 and Norman 3rd in 10.02. Rai Benjamin won the 400H in a world-leading 47.74 and Vashti Cunningham equaled the HJ world-lead with 1.98m.
*MB: Cravont Charleston 9.87 (+3.0) wins Mt Sac 100m, Michael Norman 3rd in 10.02 - Stanford's Juliette Whittaker Beats Out NCAA Indoor Mile Champ Olivia Howell In Mt. SAC 1500m, 4:12.49 To 4:13.27 Roisin Willis was 3rd in 4:13.31. Whittaker followed up that win by taking the 800m on Saturday in 2:01.79 over WIllis' 2:01.97. Isaiah Jewett won the men's race in 1:47.41.

- World Athletics Recap: Jamaica Maintains Dominance At Carifta Games Jamaica's Alana Reid won the girls U20 100m in 11.17. The Jamaican favorites missed out in the boys U20 100m due to injury and a DQ, so Caymanian sprinter Davonte Howell got the surprise win in 10.30. There was some controversy in the boys' U20 4x100m where Jamaica won, but officials said that the race had to be re-run the next day due to a protest. However, none of the countries participated in the re-run, so the original results were upheld.
- US High Schooler Michelle Smith Wins Interesting 400H/800m Double At Carifta Games She ran 57.69 and 2:09.71 while representing the US Virgin Islands.

The Kiwi star, who had expressed his frustration with the amount of doping in the sport in 2016, was banned for 8 years after testing positive for EPO and "providing false documentation in his defence" as Robertson allegedly provided fake documents showing he went to a hospital for a Covid-19 vaccine but got EPO instead.
