Cole Hocker got his 2nd USA title in 2 days with a ferocious last lap and Bryce Hoppel reminded us he is very good.
Brazier was up until 3 a.m. last night and was only able to run because he wasn't able to get on a 6 a.m. flight home on Sunday.

10k WR!
The world half marathon bronze medallist destroyed the 29:38 record set by Bahrain’s Kalkidan Gezahegne last year. Her 5k split was 14:28 (one of the fastest 5k times in history). The men’s race was won by Kenya's Ronald Kwemoi in 27:16.
Emmanuel Bor was second but no one could match Hocker's 26.69 last lap. Hocker did not commit to Worlds but will run the 1500 at USAs on Sunday.
MacLean beat her training partner for the first time in 16 attempts while Josette Norris edged out Purrier St. Pierre for second by .01.
The big names made it to the 800m finals, but Brazier was DQ'd then put in the 400 m final a day later.

- Kentucky's Abby Steiner Runs Collegiate And American Record 22.09 To Win SEC 200m Not only did she break the 26-year-old US record, but she is now #2 all-time behind Jamaica's Merlene Ottey (21.87). Steiner also finished third in the 60m (7.19) and ran on Kentucky's #3 all-time 4x400m (they ran 3:25.43, but finished 3rd as Arkansas and Texas A&M also broke the previous record). *Race Video
- Arkansas Women Break The Collegiate Indoor 4x400m With 3:24.09 To Win At SEC Champs Their anchor, Britton Wilson, split 49.83, the #2 all-time split in NCAA history. Behind Arkansas, Texas A&M (3:25.43) and Kentucky (3:25.89) also broke the previous NCAA record.

- Florida's Anna Hall Scores 4618 Points In Pentathlon (#8 In US History); Ole Miss Sweeps DMR Titles At SEC Indoor Champs 9:30.32 and 10:56.39 won the DMRs for Ole Miss while Alabama's Mercy Chelangat (15:43.64) won the women's 5000m and Arkansas' Patrick Kiprop took the men's race in 13:49.09 after Alabama's Hillary Cheruiyot ran 13:44.76, but was DQd.

- Oregon, Oregon State And Stanford All Go Under 11-Minutes In The PAC 12 DMR Oregon took it in 10:57.28. Colorado's Andrew Kent (13:43.08) and Oregon's Alessia Zarbo (15:50.15) won the 5ks.
- MB: WHAT HAPPENED TO YARED NUGUSE??????!!!!!!! ACC DMR Nuguse apparently went out hard as the anchor leg of Notre Dame's DMR (54 first 400m) and fell on the final turn just as he was being caught by Virginia Tech. Nuguse only split 4:00.89 and Notre Dame finished second to Virginia Tech. *Video

It's the second fastest indoor 1500m ever behind her 3:53.09 WR. Olympic steeple silver medalist Lamecha Girma beat out Olympic 10,000m champ Selemon Barega in the 3000m, 7:31.09 to 7:31.39. Poland's Ewa Swoboda won the 60m sprint showdown with Elaine Thompson-Herah, 7.03 to 7.04. GB's Elliot Giles (1:45.42) and Australia's Catriona Bisset (2:00.16) won the 800s.
