I found a video of him running around his living room. I hope he switched directions every now and then.
Way to go! Completely understandable.
I would hate to be in the flat directly below him.
If the virus is so dangerous how on earth was he able to run 31 miles?
Being in quarantine doesn't mean you actually have the virus. It's a precaution in most cases.
I would dread some serious left side soreness and pain after all those tight turns. Maybe next time he will want to switch directions or mix it up over the 31 miles.
What a legend!! This is Kipchoge esque.
NO HUMAN IS LIMITED
I did something like this last summer when the air quality was bad. Though my "run" consisted of going up and down the stairs, around the living room, diner table, ect. If possible, I'd recommend wearing shoes...and alternating directions. Was pretty sore in my calves for a few days after
Dude, he doesn't actually have the virus. Hes in one of the areas on enforced quarantine, so he isn't allowed to leave his house.
I'd buy a treadmill sooner than I'd run laps around a room.

No sh!t, sherlock, but good luck getting a treadmill delivered to your tiny apartment in the middle of a lockdown.
I respect this guy's determination. But his next door neighbor, practicing pole vault, and repeatedly crashing into the ceiling and wall needs to just throw in the towel.
