Runnersworld had a thread on the subject. It seemed most of those runnin gals liked the news tkirts. The cuteness factor was high and even better showed pics to promote that men will not be ogling our butts. Are these really any different though?

running in thongs is going to be hot soon
Sure is nice to have a message board as Runnersworld where you do not have to deal with the preverts and creeps. Hopefully there are us ladies that want to discuss the topic. What do you all recommend for runnin gals?
crotchless panties and pasties
Marie-Jose Perec once wore a running thong in an Olympics or Worlds. I remnember the media focusing on her butt and you could see it all.
All I know about this was I saw one on a woman at a race recently. What was interesting about the situation was that she was wearing a white jog bra that had become almost transparent from sweat due to the heat.
And it was all good.
Professional triathlete Nicole Deboom started a line of these

I don't know if I would wear them or not...
i wouldnt wear em
Post a picture and we'll let you know if you can pull it off baby.
A woman I know wore one at a recent triathlon and hated it. If you wear it to hide your ass its pointless because they kind of fly up if you have any speed at all. They are also fairly expensive! That being said, at the recent Half Vineman triathlon, the fastest amateur run split was by a someone wearing one of Ms. Deboom's skirts. UNFORTUNATELY is was a dude wearing it!
I noticed that in the pictures with the tkirts flapping. Sure could be annoying! Nicole DeBoom is a great triathlete and awesome model for us. She is runnin gal that flies! Nicole does not complain about the flapping.

NOT. Her bun huggers rode up for a few seconds.
I'm a girl and I would never wear these. They look stupid, and I like shorts. I don't think there that many guys staring at my ass, and I really don't care if they do. It's not like them staring makes me run slower or something. Besides, are we back in the 50's where women need to wear skirts and look pretty when they exercise?

I'm glad to hear that because I promise, if you're hot and have a nice ass, I'm staring and so is every other normal guy. If they say otherwise, they're full of shit.
I agree...Women can wear the skimpiest, tiniest shorts they want as long they are not skirts!!! Long live the g-string!!! I love you baby.
Whether you like 'em or not, they sell. And they ARE super comfy. We brought them into our store as an experiment and they flew out the door. Some were bought by girls who wanted to look cute, but honestly, the majority went to women who complain that shorts hike up their thighs and chafe, and the skirt solved the problem. They are a bit on the pricey side, but that doesn't seem to matter, but we are in an area where folks have a little more disposable income.
I was talking about it with a fellow runner and we both agreed that we would consider wearing them for everyday wear--because they're cute and look comfy--but neither of us had any desire to run in one. I like my shorts for training and bun-huggers for racing...wearing a skirt to run seems sort of degrading.
OK, there's a bunch of jerk guys on here who aren't helping the ladies.
I'm a guy too, who appreciates the female form. I also love our sport.
Truthfully, if the ladies don't mind to much--that is, if they feel confident in their sexuality--it would be nice to have sexy female runners out there. It's great for the sport, and the men too should also be dazzaling for the ladies.
Our sport needs a makeover. I love what the French and Australians do with their uniforms. There's no doubt they are women, and damn, they look fine!
Hope this doesn't offend the ladies. This man respects you, and also appreciates that you are women.
I wore my NB running skirt to run for the first time today. I've worn it a lot for casual/after workout things. I got a lot of stares, but it felt comfortable and fun. Hey-it's something different for a change.
