59 mid last lap.
Maybe even let he quadruple. She's probably lose to Ajee but I'm not 100% sure.

Unless Ayana gets into magical form by World's, I don't think there's anyone who can outrun her in the 10k.
And I don't think Ajee Wilson can even go sub 1:57 without Semenya towing her along, and Hassan is surely in 1:56 form.
And she still ran 65 low for a half marathon.
Choge might be the only other person I know who has ever had such range and I'd still give the edge to Hassan.
You could throw this women is a steeplchase if she had decent form. Kipchoeck's form isn't that good.
Female version of Zatopek, go do the 800, 1500, 5000, 10000 and hail go do the steeple while she's at it.
I think this whole 10k/1500 double might be a possibility.....
The race cut away to HJ during the 3400 split, but the time from the leader at that interval to Hassan’s finish was 4:21.20. Considering that she was sitting around 6th at that point, I’d say she potentially broke 4:20 for her final 1600 and sub-2:35 for the last 1k.

Moving forward after worlds, I think Gemechu and Salpeter trouble her across some of that range 1500 to half.
42.0 final 300m. That is 56.0 400 pace, running wide and looking backwards most of the way, in a reasonably fast race. This is GOAT territory for women's kicks.

Ban me if you like, but please give God respect and always capitalize God. Thank you.

Your complaint is not one of religion but literacy - or the lack of it.

Reminds me so much of a certain Ethiopian m/d runner a few years ago, who was demolishing everything and everyone in sight. Plus ca change.

It's both. Thank you.

You posted that in only 10 point font, blasphemer!
NOP needs to tell how it keeps ultra-skinny runners in racing shape without injury or burnout. Nobody else can do it.
Shills gonna hate! But it's a fact. Remember that photo Centro took of his ate-up self shortly before he quit? They work the weight side of the power/weight ratio, and it's all probably grey area or legal, as opposed to the power side where just about all enhancements are banned.
Klosterhalfen was as skinny since 2015 or earlier when she had absolutely nothing to do with NOP. And ran three times sub 4 1500m in 2017 with that skinny body more than one year before joining NOP.
But maybe Nike is distributing the stuff more widely than NOP only?

Good point. I think btc is not running any competition to not get tested. Very suspicious
They train all day on that HVMN Keto Ester stuff. Then for big races they have L-carnitine infusions with rich complex carbohydrates.
I want to see Ayana in top shape try to run away from Sifan in the 10,000m, and see if Sifan can stick with her and win still (breaking the 10,000m WR in the process).

this will have to wait until next year or even later. There is no indication that Ayana will even be running in Doha, much less in top shape. (I have doubts that we will ever again see the 2015-17 version of Ayana but certainly not in 3 weeks in Doha)
