My goal is to go a few weeks without a nagging injury so I can actually run a race at full blast again.

- win a trail race of up to 20 miles

To take a week off every 6 months to stop getting injured!

My goals are modest in terms of running, but very important for quality of life.
1) Get back to normal BMI of < 25 (80 pounds overweight now)
2) Run 1000 miles
3) Alcohol to an absolute minimum, though I will drink none for at least the first quarter of the year.
