I have never even seen them as a part of the discussion. I've never seen someone wearing them in public.
Why do they even make these things? Or do I just live under a rock?

Wouldn't the U of Wisconsin and Notre Dame need to wear UA? Both schools are sponsored by them.
The only thing UA I wear is their compression shirts, compression leggings, and running tights... everything else they make is eh... for basketball players. lol
Pretty sure they are made in the USA
My son had a pair of Bandit 3's and really liked them. I kept offering to buy him other shoes but he liked the Bandit 3's enough to not take me up on the offer.

I've never seen anyone wearing them while they are running/hobby jogging, etc. I've seen people walking in what would be more of a court shoe or a cross trainer.
The guy who won the 1500 at ncaa's had nikes on. Under armour should have never gotten in the shoe business.
I've had a few kids wear them, and my daughter has a pair of their distance spikes which are GREAT if you have a wide forefoot or a bunion. She loves them and says they are very comfortable. Sizing is a little weird as I recall on the spikes.
rojo and Cody Reed.

You live under The Rock.
They do sponsor an elite marathoner: Tyler Jermann.
I don't know why you noobs think just because a school is sponsored by Under Armour the athletes need to wear Under Armour shoes. You can wear whatever you want.
Anything made by UA is hot garbage.
I have the bandit 2’s and they’re very good! I’ve been asked About running in them as most people believe under armour shoes aren’t for serious running but I can say these are the real deal.
The Slingshot 2 has gotten good reviews, but I have never seen the shoe in person. I stumbled upon it online looking for shoes that use pebax.

I ran on Loudoun Valley's cross country course the other day - quite difficult for a high school course. In fact, I ran on some fairly difficult courses in Division 1 cross country (likely a few against your husband), and this course ranks right up there. One more reason to be impressed by your accomplishments with the Loudoun Valley program.
Purcellville is an absolute gem of a place to live, and this is now an open secret. I would think it will only bring more running talent to the high school.

I couldn't find that one in Urban Dictionary.

...and the winner of today's "Most time spend thinking of and typing out a reply that has NOTHING to do with the original thread" award is YOU! Congrats.
Can we talk about how crazy hard this Olympic marathon course is?
