I really like their presence in the sport but are they making any money? Will they be around in 5 years?

yes to both, they are very profitable in big running communities, ie the west coast and north east.
Bigger than Under Armour in 5 years
Bigger than Nike in 10

Sally, go home...you're drunk
overpriced overhyped blah. I don't even like the style of their shirts or shorts. kara went for the money and she knows it.
Detective LoneStarXC investigates!!
They’re selling this long-sleeved t-shirt for $68:

It probably cost them less than $5 to produce. So they’re making over $60 per top.
So yeah, they’re profitable.
Oiselle is fascinating because they sell a lifestyle and a “family” instead of athleisure wear and create an artificial demand to join a running club with the promise that their exclusive running club helps underprivileged women on the cusp of greatness accomplish their goals. Appealing to the vanity of middle class white women is better than actually selling them a product.

You like that Oiselle have demonstrated they are sexist towards guys like me in the Kelly Roberts case?
All I know is every female hobby jogger I know tages Oiselle on Instagram and it has seemingly become a contest to see who can post the most hey I am wearing Oiselle pics. There are also a lot of male bodybuilders who use that hashtag to get women to follow them...

Yeah but if you look at the fabric used (100% UV blocking) the price is right in line with what you'll pay at REI for a similar long sleeve shirt with 100% UV blocking. Looks like Oiselle did their homework when pricing that product. The only difference is the REI shirt will be sold as a hiking shirt and the color will be different.

It’s also Finnish for nighttime.
Thank you, google translate!
Oiselle chics are hotties.

Those flockers will easily be around in 5 and 10 years.
As another poster said, the clothing business is highly profitable at that level. There's only so much differentiation of fabric out there. It's all about marketing at every level, including the fabrics. You really think Oiselle's wicking material called (I really don't know....Feather-cool?) is that much different than Saucony's Hydralite or Dri-Power by Russell Athletic?
If anything Oiselle is the female version of Tracksmith.

They also like Lululemon, overpriced crap for wealthy, insecure broads, made in sweatshops in China by 13 year olds, nice!
Fabric-wise, is there anything distinguishable between a shirt from them vs a shirt from others? I would assume they're all made at the same place, like Dong Guan in China, which is a popular place for athletic stuff to be made. They're like the Foxconn to Apple.

Oiselle is not the French word for No Sell. I don't even see any close word that made you think that.
It's the French word for the female bird.
It also means a stupid naive girl in informal French (which is very funny in this context if you think about it).
Source : French is my native language.
No way for us to know the answer to the OP's question, as the company is privately held and does not release financial reports.
The brand will still be around in 5-10 years. Will the company exist in the future the way it does now? Probably not. I bet that a large corporation such as VF Corporation (owns North Face, Vans, etc) would buy them out.
