Being born with flat feet has put me at a disadvantage for years. I absolutely have no arch in either foot and it's make me incapable of midfoot striking and forefoot striking without trying to force it. And when I do force it, it just doesn't feel promising because it doesn't fit my personal natural running mechanics. What kinda shoe would be best for me? A 0mm heel to toe drop or 6mm, or 12?
Also i'm a long distance runner looking for shoes to train in, I usually run road races and train on concrete, dirt trails, and sometimes a track if i'm doing speed work
