Just a tip for the future - you should really give more notice on these than 30 minutes. I love listening to the discussions, but even I am not on LRC 24 hours per day, so it can be pretty easy to miss.

This, to me, is very depressing. I would love to see these guys (and other top marathoners) in a real race, mano a mano, without drafting and pacing schemes. That's something I would watch every second of. But not this.

You, are correct. I didn't hype it too much as we've had some technical issues of late and you can listen to in on demand.
