The Portland Men's and Women's teams won this morning at Griak! The men have traditionally been good, but when have the women been this good?
Great showing by the Pilots!!!

strong performance from both. This must have been a legit course, because the men's winning times were just over 25 in d1, just under 27 in DII, and 27 flat in d3 programs that will be running 25 or even 24 at the end of the season.
Well considering the whole course is hills and it was humid and muddy af, yeah the times were slow.
The course is very hilly (idk how it compares to courses across the nations but for the area it is) but mostly it was the mud. It's a low lying course and certain spots are run over multiple times per race and the course just kept getting worse as the day went (10 total races for the day). The main goal for the hills was trying to minimize the backwards sliding
It was a good day for the WCC with BYU and the USF women also doing well.
