25 points in the M3000 alone. Two women easily beat Cuffe and Cranny.
This is essentially their first "all-in" indoor season.

So how is the rest of the team doing in the other events? 25 points doesn't impress at all, unless they are stockpiling points in events other than the distance race.
Is Colorado's new indoor facility even open yet? It was still under construction in the middle of January with a chain link fence around it and all, they were just putting the roof on it.

Men were 10th, women 5th off almost exclusively distance points v. much more diverse programs. If scoring only distance, they would clean up.
I liked the old, dimly lit place. You could rock climb on anything that protruded from the wall.

Ignoring of course the fact that they have the same number of scholarships as everyone else. But choose to use theirs on distance only. 10th and 5th isn't particularly impressive, when you consider that.
The dig against Wetmore was that he ignored track for XC. It looks as if that is changing, possibly dramatically. E.g. Dressel is a true freshman running 13:54 in his first 5000.
Curious that they wanted a 300m track, which is illegal for qualifying purposes.
No it isn't.
