Yeah, talent has nothing to do with it.
Flip side is it does make you wonder how many guys do have the talent and never go for it or never even take up the sport.

With the surge in participation, and more coaches sharing info, and more kids training seriously, it's happening. There's a reason why there have been 4 kids in the last 5 years to break 4.
