Awesome. Because of a small handful of internet trolls and a few fired, disgruntled employees with zero factual evidence of doping, U.S. Taxpayers are now footing the bill for this pointless investigation which will find nothing. Meanwhile, the Brits are scratching their heads on why the tax payer funded BBC spent millions on this story.
At least Kara Goucher now has more Twitter followers and Letsrun got more hits.

Agreed. It's all a witch hunt!
Trust us, we wouldn't invent a thing like the NIKE OREGON PROJECT DOPING INVESTIGATION. We promise. We're journalists. We uphold the spirit of the sport (unless it's Paula, Bernie, Wejo, etc).
Yeah, I noticed that Mo came with a team of Praetorian Lawyers for a sworn deposition on an investigation that dosent even target himself for wrongdoing. That's not how an innocent man acts.
A cloud of smoke, but don't worry here, there's no fire!
Farah in an almost well-crafted statement --prepared by and rehearsed with his Freud PR firm-- slipped at the end: "Prove I crossed the line!" (or something to that effect). The point of gray-zone use is to not cross the line and fail a test. This is Farah's planned legal strategy: I never failed a test. Well, that didn't work for Lance Armstrong --who had a lot more money than Farah--, so it won't work for Farah.

I highly doubt moe performs well under cross examination, judging by his public appearances
So he certainly needs lawyers with him

There's a perfectly innocent explanation for Salazar experimenting on how much of his testosterone gel could be applied without triggering a positive test.

Yes. That is EXACTLY how any reasonable attorney would advise that ANY innocent person should act. Correct.
If you are going to be interviewed by a lawyer investigating you, you should have your own lawyer even if you are innocent.
If you volunteer to speak to administrators from a country that you do not have citizenship, and they bring lawyers, you should bring your own reps. If i was Mo, I would speak to the USADA, but ask them to fly to the UK where you are under British laws.
Brits do not scratch their heads about the BBC. It is expected the BBC investigate things like this. They do not have the same attitude as Americans do about publicly funded broadcasting corporations. I can assure only the U.S. cares about such things.Second, there are nearly 20, perhaps more, people who have come forward to speak about suspicions regarding Salazar and his "methods."Only a fool would believe his "methods" are above board.

Just a point of pedantry: the BBC isn't funded by taxes, it's funded by a licence fee paid directly to the BBC.

So, to those declaring guilt... Assume for a minute that Mo IS innocent... I know you don't believe that, but just assume for a moment. Ok?? Now... What could Mo SAY or DO... As an innocent man... To convince you of his innocence?? Anything?? And if you answer at all, THINK! Would that REALLY be enough? Until I see proof of REAL Wrongdoing, I am going to accept their innocence. Even if they play in the gray areas! Do you know why?? Because the gray areas dont BREAK the RULES. They might break someone's sense of character, or decency, but if it isn't breaking a rule, it isn't breaking a rule. If they are shown to break the rules, I will glad switch positions and say "hang 'em high!" but until then, this really does look specious at best.
If someone hung out exclusively with Al Capone but you had no real proof that he was a mobster, would you think he might be connected to the Mob in some fashion?
Well I know for a fact that Alberto is as guilty as Al Capone was.
I also know that they had to indict Capone on tax evasion because they couldn't prove anything else. Even though the entire City of Chicago knew he was a mob boss.

Wrong. You obviously don't know what gray area means. It's actions and methods that may or may not be legal. Nobody knows until a light is cast on the area. People who operate in the gray areas don't want that light as they know or fear that much of what they do is in fact breaking the rules.
I think we need to hear fro, these 20 people. it is getting old to hear people say that "x happened' because 20 people had concerns.
So, 20 people heard from the Gouchers that Alberto was breaking rules. These 20 people listened to so much bitching, whining, and moaning from the Gouchers that they eventually thought there might be something to it. Other than that, there is virtually NOTHING; and the internet rumor mongers will never be proven wrong because that isn't what witch hunts are about. Witch hunts result in innocent people having to prove they are innocent, which is basically what Salazar did with his lengthy and complete retort. And what have the Gouchers done since that report came out? Nothing, except to backtrack on their promise to share everything with everybody. They are either liars or cannot be taken for their word. .

Why? Mo is not under suspicion of a crime. I've done many legal depositions and never felt the need for an attorney. The difference between Mo and me is that I never did anything wrong.
This explains why he shaved his head so clean, in case the lawyer sneaky snagged one of his hairs to fill in the gaps in his testing schedule.
