Does anyone else find that they need to drink ridiculous amounts of water during the course of the day?
I've been running some high mileage (for me), and the last few weeks I've found that I drink anywhere from 8-9 liters of water a day.
I just sit at work filling up my 1 liter bottle from the water cooler, and I'll go through like 4 or 5 bottles in 8 hours. Then after my run in the evening, I can usually drink another two before I even have to pee.
Crazy.
