This is a quick, simple question which I hope results in a quick simple answer. It is intended for JK, Wejo, and those in favor of their philosophies in training. I am a college student who lives and trains at sea level. Would it be beneficial for me to go to Falgstaff or Boulder or anywhere this summer to train at altitude. And further, if so, how long should I stay there for?
Oh yeah, how does one go about telling if they are a responder or not? Tests, or just watching your training and actually seeing if you make progress, based on time trials, races, etc.?
