For months now I have been having problems. All on the right side. It started as pain in my upper hamstring area, where it would only hurt after hard workouts. It then moved to my hip/butt area. From there it went down my hamstring and IT band. Then I started having pain from my hip flexor (TFL?) all the way down my quad to my knee (this pain is more of a tingly pain, feels like it's nerve related? it almost feels like something is being cut off or pinched in my uppper hip flexor up by where it attaches to the pelvis). I also have pain in my lower right back. The back pain has not always been there though, it has came more recently (past few weeks or so).
I have seen numerous doctors, physical therapist, and now a chiropractor. I was first diagnosed with piriformis syndrome, then a physical therapist said a couple of the facets in my spine were stuck, and now the chiropractor says that my pelvis is out of alignment (my right side was over a half inch higher than my left. this caused my sacrum to be at an angle and the head of my femor was higher). The chiropractor adjusted it weeks ago and the pain is still the same. No matter how much time I take off the pain seems to still feel the same.
Has anyone had anything like this before? Or know something about this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
