Here's a solution if you need to convert any race time into a number of different equivalents such as minutes/mile, minutes/km, MPH, km/h, feet/second, or meters/second. A while back I wrote a pace and race finish time calculator (Windows). It's pretty small (like 35k). Download it from my site and stick on your desktop (it's freeware). The left half is for pace. You enter time and distance (miles or km) and it spits a bunch of pace equivalents (including MPH). The right half does finish time. You give it a pace in mins/mile or mins/km and it spits out finish time with splits for each mile and 5k (up to the marathon). There are some shortcuts too, like using an 'm' for marathon distance and an 'h' for a half mar. Directions are included in a text file but it's blindingly easy to use. It's pretty flexible too. You can, for example, enter a 15:30 5k as either 15 mins, 30 secs, or as 15.5 mins.
