Henryk Szost (Poland)...A decent runner with a 28:32 10,000 PB, and a 1:02:35 half PB, runs a 2:08 marathon this year (and has a 2:07:39 PB from 2012)!
One would think that guys like Curtis, Vail, and Pennel, with much better 10k to half times would at least be able to get close. Instead, there's a 3 to 6 minute difference. What besides a shift in mindset is needed to see some of these guys run 2:07s (or better) as well?
