I've been averaging close to 40 mi/week for about 3 months. I was going to try to run indoors, but there aren't any meets close to me to jump in, so I will have to wait till the end of March to race. Was doing some track workouts, but decided to lay off of them since i'm not running indoors. Just wondering if I am doing enough base or should I jack up my milage to 50+?
