Would anyone care to list the the kind of 3 & 5k times required to make a 29:30 possible by Radcliffe? Just curious.

The 30:01 is right on her 14:30 a few days back (in terms of points performance). Radcliffe will have to run another 10-15 seconds in the 5k to break 29:30. Ofcourse, this is making the assumption that her efforts were the same (conditions, competition, etc). I would suggest that Radcliffe could have run a bit faster if someone was a bit closer....sub 30 for sure.

She would probably require times of around 8.15 and 14.15. Which shows that Wang Junxia should have been capable (with similar endurance) of 13.56 and 28.52 based on the 8.06 3k. The negative split of that 29.31 also assumes that level.
Right on with 14:15 and 8:15
I've run 8:10, 14:14 and 29:28, so Paula isn't far off on the shorter ones. I was at the race in M'chester and if Paula had had pacers or other people pushing her I think she could easily have run 10 seconds quicker. That may indicate that 29:30 is not so out of her reach even now in the right conditions.
