I realize most people think her form is horrible, but that contradicts her results. I studied her motion quite a bit and began trying to run like her.
It's a sensation of being drunk almost, letting the limbs flail around most of the time wherever they want to. It's quite difficult to relax that much.
It's disconcerting because it almost feels as if I'm going to fall constantly, and yet I never have. As I've gotten more comfortable with running like I'm drunk I'm now finding I can almost run as fast as before. Maybe another month or two and I'll be faster than before.
Worth a try if you've plateaued and want to try something new.
