tu-anarobic intervals-(mile reppeats, quarters, with 3-5
minute recovery, etc..)usually 10-13 miles
wd-am-5 miles@ whatever feels managable
pm-8-10 milesw@6;40-6;50 pace
th-20-25 minute tempo at threshold pace
or-arobic intervals(1000's, miles, or 1200's with 60
second recovery)usually 10-13 miles
