I missed 3 months running because of injury but since then have done weeks of:
19,23,29,35,42,42,49,61,56,64,66,75, and am currently in a 75-80 mile week. I was still cross-training until I reached 40 mile weeks. I've only taken 2 days completely off so far in these 12 weeks, but now find myself with quite a bad flu. What do you guys recommend when you come down really sick? I don't want to push it but at the same time I hate to miss a day as it screws up my milage totals and goals. By the way I'm racing 3k indoors in 3 weeks.
