Athletics Illustrated Takes A Long Look At 3:47.39, 8:07.95 And 14:08.93 Man Justyn Knight, Who Is Headed To Syracuse He should be a big addition to Chris Fox‘s program.
My question is how does such a blue chip recruit, arguably on the level of Blake Haney, Garrett O'Toole etc. end up going to a school like Syracuse? Surely with his credentials, even from before this track season (8:19 3k, National Junior XC champ - all off of from what I understand to be a year and a half of running), he would have had offers from most of the top distance schools. I mean seriously, who would choose Syracuse in the face of offers from Universities like Wisconsin, Oklahoma, NAU etc?
How good is Chris Fox's program over at 'Cuse anyway? Can anybody give a good rundown on it?
