I'm on xmas break at home w/o any trainers around, so i was hoping some runners out there could relate to this problem:
My left leg seems quite a bit weaker then the right. It looks smaller, and i can't lift as much with it as I can with the right. Most importantly, it hurts to run (knee cap get sore, probably maltracking)
I have been biking and lifting (w/no running) for a few days, which got the leg strong enough to run on for 4 miles w/o feeling pain--but the next day it hurt and the left leg even seemed weaker then it was before!
So i was wondering if anyone had something similiar, and if so, how long it took them to strengthen their weak leg, and what they did. Thanks!
