I was reading on the following page:

that sodium phosphate ingestion raises VO2max by 9%, LT raised by 12% and blood-haemoglobin levels by 5%. Is this true, and if so, why aren't more people taking this? I think this is a really good site, if you're interested in learning a lot of the basics about the physiology of improving performance this is solid.
