Some of the sprint/field action will be just as good.
Monaco is always one of the highlights of the summer.

They should hold them simultaneously and see if anyone can beat Kiprop to the 800m split.
Aman wins 800, souleiman wins 1500

Last year you had an orgasm over Rop. Learn something.
I would love to see this record go down but this run was truly amazing. 3:26 is 19 seconds under 4:00 1600 pace. Ridiculous. Also ridiculous is when Lagat raced him to the line ten years ago in the 2004 Olympic 1500 final.

If you went around handing out presents at christmas you'd be saint dickless.
Souleiman will indeed win.and surprise dip under 3:26.
Kiprop will blow up at jog home in 3:43.
Aman 1:42 high.
I'll be rooting for Soul Man myself.
I must admit to never being a Kiprop fan. Just seems like one of the many boring drugged-up Kenyans who comes out of nowhere at "18".
Soul Man at least has some semblance of a personality, and is a pretty ballsy racer too.
I'm most looking forward to the high jump. Ukhov, Barshim, Drouin, Bondarenko, Protsenko and Dmitrik.

For sure. Wonder if Bondarenko will attempt the WR again.
My guess is Kiprop won't get the WR (he'd have to run 3:25), but maybe he can get 3:27-low/3:26-high.
Steeple looks good also with Kemboi and Kipruto. And jäger and huling are entered.
Centro in the 1500: pb?

Kiprop totally has a personality, I'm not sure what you're talking about. He's a character. Whether he's 24 or 26 this is the peak of his career, and it's the race he's been working for for months on end. 3:26.3.
I think we'll see a 3.26.xx from kiprop. the rumours are pounding with some very good training by kiprop (3 x400m in 53 with last in 51 as an example), as well as single minded focus. as stated, he is quite a personality were you to spend any amount of time around him. very smart guy. as a side note, I would say that it is a pipe dream to project souleiman as dipping significantly under 3.30. lastly, I don't think you can expect anything less than 1.43 for the 800m winner.
without looking into it deep aman might be the pick. that is if he's been training these past few weeks and not nursing a niggle.
he's got rudisha's number when he's not right, also amos remember is back after a big break so he's vulnerable.
i'd bet aman in this one but only with good odds for a bet.
for sure you need to be in 142 low shape to win.
if amos stays healthy, he's the one to watch next year and is capable of the same times as rudisha in his prime.
kiprop is in peak shape,so he's going to give it a pretty good shot, as he's been there before. so with good pacing and he has gas at the bell it's on.
none of them are in that super form where is super predictable.
