LRC's Rojo spoke to Mark Coogan, coach of 7 time NCAA Champ Abbey D'Agostino, who just signed a big deal with New Balance.
Abbey is not going to run tonight's 5000m at USATFs. Mark said Abbey has been feeling tired, and did not feel she was capable of breaking 15 minutes. The decision was made for Abbey to take a break (up to a month) and then start gearing up for the fall and 2015 where the emphasis will be on World Cross Country and making the US team on the track for the World Championships in Beijing.
