What does he run? I'm thinking around 28:00.

26:39.69, fastest fat man part 2, first white guy under 26:40!
Solinsky only managed to ran 1:16:44 (4:56 pace) for the US 25k champs last month. McMillan places that in the 28:40 range for equivalent performance. I'm guessing he runs in the 28:15-30 range and would be shocked if he broke 28.

It is worth noting he ran his fastest mile of the year during that race (4:36). The dude was in his base phase.
Also Wheating in the 1500 and German Fernandez in the 5k.

Just don't try not to renew early, they cancel everything immediately to make the "monthly" subscription into a when you cancel subscription. No serious company would do that.

Andrew Bayer (formerly Indiana) is debuting in the steeple.
Says he's with Bowerman TC, so training with Jager?

5000 should be a great race - Mo Farah against Maverick Darling and German Fernandez. Who ya got?
LOL indeed. Is German racing this one or just pacing again?

No idea, just seemed like such an odd lineup for Mo to be in that race.
Personally I'd love to see German back in it. It seems like it has been forever since he had a real stretch of good training and racing - probably senior year in high school through freshman year at OK State.
German is racing. He said so in his flotrack interview after Pre.

Yes, lets compare Mo Farah, 5k world champion and Olympic Gold medalist to Maverick Darling, then say "who you got", yeah, that makes sense...
