Kaster misses US master's record by a scant 7 seconds. Possibly set 10 mile and 20k records en route.

Colby Lowe 1:06:04? What's with that? Tough course/conditions?
Enoch, the guy behind him, ran 1:03:55 at the Houston Half. Seeing that Deena ran as quick as she did, the men's side seems a little slow for some reason.

20-30 mph north winds as cold front blew through. Plus 1-2 min winds. Deena could have easily broken 1:11 in better conditions.
I ran, it was really windy. Course was fairly tough today I'd say subtract 1-3 minutes depending on the person.
Who has the record, DeReuck?
Many yrs. ago, a 10 Km race, organised by, one person.
He had hoped to have more than twice the number of participants bu only got something like fifty or if even that . Gave out copies of route maps and hoped that was enough to assure a well run race. Knowledge of area and familiarity with route helped me but, it may have looked funny as hell to see finishers coming FROM THREE DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS crossing the line. He had no Marshalls out there!
Also he realized he was running a huge deficit and took off with rest of awards before people realized what was happening - due to the few participants
Any results from Holyoke (Ma) yet? Wicked cold there too.
The winds were actually low 20s, the course is a steady incline to about mile 6.5 then declines. During the first half 'climb' the wind is in your face. If you go out too hard early you die. On a less windy day Deena could probably hit 30-60sec faster.
I hear the guy in ninth ran a PR, and that everything he knows about running, hair, and rock 'n' roll he learned from his older brother.
Is Colby Lowe still with hansons?

Doesn't look like it.

From the looks of his racing outfit (Nike singlet, Under Armour shorts), he may be between clubs. Third photo #16200.
