Hi there.
I've recently learned about foot types and how important they are in determining the type of running shoe one requires.
I do however have an issue with identifying my foot type.
I've gone to a pysiotherapist for a running related injury and the therapist basically identified my foot type to be "collapsed arch" but without any tests of any sort, just by general eyesight.
She advised me to do a wet foot test where you put your feet/foot in water and step onto paper and identify your foot type from the print it makes.
This is a bit hard for me because it has similarities to both flat foot and regular arch.
Here are the images of the results of the wet foot test I did, keep in mind I am a male with UK size 10 feet (27cm). I should also mention that a biokineticist at a local sports shoe store recommended about 4 different neutral running shoes, I have no idea what that means but I feel it is important.
