It's amazing how many people look at threads like this and respond with shoes that are completely different from what was requested.
Brooks Launch is the shoe for you, lightweight trainer 10mm offset, 9oz, nice wide toe, soft feel like the 890.
Weirder shoe but the Newton Energy (basically no lugs) also compares quite nicely to the 890, 6mm offset and pretty light. Soft upper that should form around a bunion alright.
Wave sayonarra from Mizuno is also worth a try, though it's got kind of a weird shape so it could be hit or miss, quite a bit of space side to side up front though. Also 10mm offset and light.
You could also try the new NB 980, no idea how it fits, it has a 4mm offset but is supposedly a little more shoe than the kinvara/pureflow.
Finally, Saucony ride, more shoe/ traditional trainer feel than the 890 but has that 8mm offset and a pretty flexible upper, though not the widest.
First 3 are probably your best bet though
