It's called the DQT Victory Singlet. Too expensive for my liken. Here is a link,I'm not sure if you can order just one.

I can't tell if they run for Oregon or are part of a Nabisco club team promoting their chocolate and cream cookie.
If you don't need the Nike swoosh, there are plenty of companies that can sublimate your specific design on any material you want including this particular style. I've had it done and have ordered over 100 uniforms for my team.

Serious question: what about the cut of the jersey? Are there companies that do the cut and the printing? The best design/logo in the world isn't going to help you if you are running in a paper bag.
Serious answer; I took the catalogue photo of the Oregon racerback uniform to our state clinic 3 years ago. There were several uniform vendors in attendance and I got 3 or 4 bids making the prices very competitive. I have dri-fit jerseys with split shorts for mid-distance and distance and a speed suit material jersey & 7" inseam tight for the sprinter/hurdler etc... The throwers like the dri-fit jersey with regular gym style dri-fit shorts. All uniforms have the same design sublimated on the materials so they all look alike. The jerseys have the racerback cut with our school nickname printed in silver diamond plate design with black trim down the center. The kids on our team were really surprised at how well they turned out and I have to admit, they look darned good on the track.
