So obviously, the times that distance runners produce indoors are inevitably slower than if ran outdoors (Given a decent outdoor day with not much wind, not too hot, not too cold). Is there some kind of conversion factor that if you take, say a 4:30 indoor mile would be worth something like a 4:26 outdoors, due to the amount of turns and less air inside the building? This may be a dumb question, but it has always intrigued me.
