I've been doing my tempo runs in the Hoka Bondi shoe because I don't want to aggravate a past injury. No need to remind me of the pros and cons of the shoe, I just like to find out if others do faster run on this shoe and can tell me what the pace difference they noticed between hokas and trainers. I had a good length of layoff since I last did faster runs but I used to run in Asics Tarthers and Brooks launch for my tempo runs. I know Hoka also has several shoes coming out and some already out that are meant for faster paced runs, but the Bondi is my current shoe at the moment.
