I went on a 3 mile easy run this afternoon after a workout on the treadmill this morning. The GPS was totally inaccurate. I know this because the guy whom I ran with also has the Forerunner 210, and his watch was accurate to the usual distance that the route is. The distance was inconsistent by measuring at a distance and pace faster and longer than I was going. My watch said it was 3.25 miles while the usual route is 3 miles, plus as I said before, my buddy's watch was 3mi. He said it might be inaccurate because I've been using it indoors the past few runs. Similar situations? Advice? Thank you for reading.
