I've recently come upon some money I'm willing to spend on running. I have plenty of shoes, shorts, tights, singlets, etc. What I'm more interested in is items like compression socks - (do they really help recovery?) - and supplements such as beta aniline - (worth it for a 3k-5k runner?).
Again, spending money isn't a huge issue unless you truly believe it is not worth it. I'd like to hear some of your opinions! Thanks!
