Assuming that you are inviting wild guesses, I'll say tens of millions but not hundreds of millions.
If he has a 1% stake in the company, which seems too high to me, it would probably make him the wealthiest Olympian of all time.
Many monies. Lots and lots of monies.
. . . former world champs competitor/Olympic alternate, I should have said . . .
He's worth at least 1 money.
Saw him driving an Aston Martin last week so I would assume a lot.

lol
Perhaps I'm an idiot, but what was the motivation for this thread and what is ol' Chris up to these days? How is he driving an Aston Martin? I hadn't heard anything about him since he declined to take a drug test on 420 a few years ago after he retired.
More than many sparrows
It is really a mystery when you have someone who has an interest in an internet company that has not gone public. I know some people who were on the ground floor of internet companies and they made chicken change until the company was sold. I also know people who used internet start ups to write themselves huge checks before the company was economically viable and drove the company into the ground.
I would suspect that Lukezic makes mid six figures and lives in a 1500 sq ft condo in San Fran that costs as much as a 4,800 sq ft house on 2 acres in Dallas, TX.
Frankly, I did not think that AirBnB would go as far as it did. Actually should be a lesson to US runners. Run as hard as you can when you race. If you get injured and never get to run again, you will just end up making tons of money in another field.

ISOs for non-engineers are 1,000 to 5,000 shares worth $100k-$500k at $10/share.
Valuation of the company was estimated at $2.5 billion before 2013 already, so maybe more by now. Lukezic's going to be a wealthy man when they sell out or do an IPO. Probably not too regretful, but I would in his place.

The reason he retired was to work at the start-up Airbnb.
My cousin has been at several SF Bay Area social media startups and had to wait 2 years after one company went public. The stock was worth $10,000. The rest failed and he made no money. But at Cal T&F meets I met several engineers who made millions several times over as just normal staff R&D engineers. But that's engineering. I don't know what Chris's role is at his SF job.
Who?
