I ran for 1:40 on my treadmill this weekend due to the brutal cold. Enjoyed it. Watched "Walker, Texas Ranger" on dvd.
Great TV show. Enjoyed watching those with my buddy in the apartment junior year of college.
Today I did 60 more minutes. Originally had a 45 minute run planned, but did tomorrow's 60 minute run to go shorter in the 13 degree weather tomorrow. Felt really good--better than yesterday. I also rolled out for the first time in years last night, which was brutal but well worth it. Legs felt great today.
