I've been training in DS trainers for a few years, thinking about making a switch. I mildly underpronate.
Any opinions on either of these shoes?

I trained in DS Trainers for several years too. Switched to Gel Lyte33s. Pretty happy I did.
If you mean supinate, then this is the perfect move. The Ds has a small medial posting and would push you further to the outside of your foot. Less than ideal. Cumulus will be a little more flexible and sits on a neutral plane.
Actually they are both on a flat base. The Doumax insert is there for slight over pronation if and when you need it.
Back to the original question. DS trainer is a solid shoe if you want a lighter more responsive feel, durability is not as good. Cumulus is great if you like a softer feeling shoe.
I love my 33s, and my 33 2s. I actually run most of my miles in Cumulus, and the Cumulus/Lyte33 combo is great.
