Agreed bro. Great for cross fit workouts too
+3 for brooks launch. Currently have 780 miles on them. I like how the upper has not gone into ultra thin Kleenex material just got done running in (-)degrees even in summer though they are fine with and w/o socks. Great traction too.
Anyone rotate these with the latest Ghost? It seems to be similar in that there is no mid foot plastic like previous editions.

My favorite shoe and have had very good luck training in them.

They've had them for a good 4 years now right? That's rare for a shoe company to keep the same thing for that long! The shoe is very popular though! I guess the heel to toe ratio is that of traditional, pre-minimalist craze shoe, but the cushioning in this neutral shoe with no medial post is awesome. Feels so comfortable running.
Agreed. Best trainer out there right now. I have gone through at least 10 pairs with 600 to 800 miles on each pair.
Brooks was going to discontinue them a year or so ago, I am glad they did not.
