I'm thinking about getting my wife a Nike Fuelband, or other similar device, for Christmas. She doesn't run a lot of miles but likes to track her mileage and pace using the Nike GPS app on her iPhone.
I'm not sure if the Fuelband can replace the Nike + app or if it should be used in addition. I do know that tracking and measuring her exercise and movement helps her stay more consistent with exercise.
Anyone use a Fuelband or Fitbit or any other such device and can offer some tips?
