Dotato,The Inspire and Fastwitch are not neutral shoes. Both have a post for pronation control. If you've been doing the bulk of your running in the Inspire and Fastwitch, maybe a moderate stability shoe like the Nike Structure, Saucony Guide or Brooks Adrenaline would be more up your alley. The Kayano will probably feel like a brick to you. It's heavy, clunky, and hard to run in if you don't need the ample pronation control it offers. You could also try a neutral cushioned shoe if you think you really are neutral, despite running in stability shoes recently. Something like the Mizuno Wave Rider, if you don't like the soft feel of the Cumulus or Nimbus.

What did you used to run in, did you have any issues shifting over to the Kayano? For instance, did you have any ITB issues?
I'm older (45) still run in neutral performance (Adidas adios, Mizuno Inspire, saucony fastwitch) but would like to move my easy, utility, and long runs to something with a little more arch support and stability.
Any thoughts?
