ever considered going down to san diego? always wished i'd taken more advantage of the road runner sports clearance/outlet section (warehouse near the back of the complex) when i lived down in SD. too bad...
Since you're posting on Letsrun, I'll assume you're familiar with the internet. There are many sites that sell that shoe. Running Warehouse has them on clearance:

. Enter fb15d at checkout for another 15% off.
Running stores are running stores. If you've seen one you've pretty much seen them all. With so many cool places to visit in LA and SF, I can't imagine why you'd want to make a special trip to go to a running store.
Snails Pace in Mission Viejo had the LTs last time I was there (August?). They have a dozen other models of flats too.
Running warehouse dont ship outside the US, thanks guys road runner sports sounds great!
Go to TRANSPORTS on College Ave. in Oakland or Solano Ave. in Albany, CA. Both stores are among the best.
I'm incredibly biased as I worked there for 4+ years, but Heart & Sole in Santa Rosa (about an hour north of SF) is a great store.
While we don't carry the Streak, we try to stock a decent selection of flats, both road and XC. (Same with spikes, but only during track season.) All our staff have spent time on the competitive side of the sport (be it HS, college, or even post-collegiate, or even pro for owner Dan Aldridge). So we always appreciate real runners stopping by to shop and/or chat about the sport.
While our website isn't great, it'll give you an idea:

If you have time, swing on by, but also talk to the staff about going for a run. I assume you'd want to find some fun places to run, and we have a great park in Santa Rosa, called Annadel State Park, with ~50K of rolling hills. Or if you need a workout, one of our guys is a solid steepler who could make something work.

Even if they didn't, they have free overnight shipping to any address in California - where you're going to be. If you're hell bent on that shoe then have it shipped to your hotel or wherever you're staying. If you're interested in physically checking out shoes other than or in addition to the Streak LT and you've got a time machine you should go back to the 1990's when you're in SF and go to Hoy's. Otherwise, I second the suggestion of going up to the wine country and visiting Heart N Sole.
Where in LA area? There are quite a few roadrunner sports down here and you can order online through them. If you pay $20 a year, you can get a VIP membership, which in my opinion is worth it. You get a discount on any shoe you buy plus you have 90 days to wear the shoe and exchange it if you don't like it. You also get coupons throughout the year.
