Hi I was wondering what racing flats would be best for sprinting because a lot of the tracks I run on aren\'t Tartan tracks or (all weather track). So anything you could come up with would be great!

Well, depending on where you live and whether you have winter to deal with, you might not run on a track at all this time of the year. I'm a pure sprinter (60 & 100) and I'm mostly to completely on grass this time of the year. I do stuff like 4X4X150 with 1-2 min/10 min (more or less the same thing as 4X600), where you sprint the diagonals barefoot on grass, walk to the other side of the track, and sprint the opposite diagonals. Also shorter stuff like 3X5X(20-60) from 3 pt barefoot on grass with walkback rest, and 10X40m steep hills or sleds. More or less the same things the Jamaicans are doing November until about March.
If you're doing long stuff for 400 (450-600) you could get a pair of flats (don't grip too well on dirt or XC-type surfaces) or a pair of lightweight running shoes (I have Aiddas Gazelle), you you can get a pair of spikes or XC spikes and put 3/8" needles in them (that will grip better). You don't really need to be running fast on a track now unless you are racing indoors soon, but I'd be running fast on hills.
